This section deals with that legislation which refers to the Anti-corruption and Transparency Service. It starts with the laws, rules and regulations which institute and govern the institutional role of the old office, identified as High Commissioner Legislation. These are followed by the regulations ratifying international agreements and other Italian legal documents of interest to the activities of this Office.
