The whistleblower in view of the new legislative decree.
The legislative decree 10 march 2023 n. 24 has been published in the Official Journal on the 15th of march 2023, and it transposes the European Directive 2019/1937. It regulates the protection of the whistleblowers, who report violations of the community or national law, on a confidential basis.
By the legislative decree, the whistleblowing activity has extended also to the private sector and Anac has become the only entity entitled to manage reports of violations and of possible retaliations related to the complaint. The video highlights the importance of the reporting activity and of the protection of the ones who expose themselves for the whole community.
