We carry out advisory activity by the issuing of opinions on the legislation and of pre-litigation, aimed at dispute resolutions arisen during the operation of tendering procedures. In order to support pubic administrations, we make available templates for tender documents, specifications and contracts to the contracting authorities, along with other instruments of smart regulation.
