Members
The President
Giuseppe Busia
The President has been Secretary General of the Italia Privacy Authority for more than eight years and been Secretary General for almost four years at the Authority for Supervision of Public Contracts.
He has been Secretary of the State-Regions Conference and of the Unified State-Regions -Local Authorities Conference. He has held several international assignments at international level, e.g. at European Union and at the European Council. He has been the president of Appeal Committee at Joint Supervisory Authority established by the Europol Convention ad he has been the Vice President of the Joint Supervisory Authority for the customs information system. He has carried out study and research in Italy and abroad, and he has also taught at several universities, In December 2021 he has been appointed as member of the Executive Committee of the International Association of Anti-Corruption Authorities (IAACA). In May 2023 the President Busia has been appointed vice president of the Network for Integrity (the global Network for the Integrity). On October, 2024 he has been elected President of the European Network for Public Ethics (ENPE).

The Councillors
Laura Valli
She was a prosecutor and an officer at the World Bank. She has been a consultant at Anac concerning whistleblowing, codes of conduct, conflicts of interest and measure of corruption.
She has represented Anac at international fora (OCSE, EPAC, World Bank, GRECO, AFA) and at bilateral meetings (European delegations, FMI, European Commission). She is a cofounder of NEIWA (European Network of the Authorities for Whistleblowing), she has got many academic and institutional positions.

Consuelo del Balzo
She is a Cassation Lawyer, specialized in administrative law, and she has carried out advisory, supporting and advocacy activities towards many administrations and public law bodies.
She is particularly expert in public procurement and process regulation and engineering in public administrations, where she has led to success actions for the efficiency and the simplification

Paolo Giacomazzo
Lawyer, he has been National Treasure of Crime Chambers Union and of the Bar Foundation in Padova.
He has been an academic teacher and he is co-author in several publications.

Luca Forteleoni
Magistrate with functions of public prosecutor, he was a member of the Superior Council of Magistracy and of the executive council of the Superior Councils of Magistracies’ European network. He was also a law professor and author of many publications.
