The National Database of Public Procurement
A successful fight against corruption depends also on the digitalization of public procurement. The transition from paper-based to completely digital tenders has been made possible by Anac’s support. The contracting authorities are adopting this procedure more and more often.
This system supplies the National Database of Public Procurement managed by Anac. It includes all the contracts signed from the 2007 between the public administration and the companies: more than 60 million of procedures that is almost 3 billion euros of value.
